Cancellation of the summer school 2020

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) the univie: summer school for International and European Studies 2020 had to be cancelled.

This was the first summer that the summer school could not take place, since 1949. After 70 years continiously holding the summer school every summer, we regret that the 72. session of the summer school had to be cancelled.

The situation presented us with significant challenges, but our top priority was and is the health, safety and wellbeing of our participants and staff.

The 72. session would have taken place from July 18 to August 15, 2020 in Strobl/Austria.
